LEGAL
Privacy Notice
This notice describes how the public OncoLattice Bio website handles information submitted by visitors.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Information you submit
The contact form may collect your name, company, work email address, the non-confidential decision you describe, and optional asset, indication, development-stage, geography, or discussion context.
Do not submit patient-level clinical information, protected health information, or confidential program materials through the public website.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, assess whether a discussion is appropriate, and maintain reasonable business records related to that inquiry.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form submissions may be processed by Formspree.
Locale preference and temporary form handoff
When you switch languages with a draft inquiry, the page temporarily stores that draft in this tab’s session storage. It is valid for two minutes and is removed when the destination page reads it. Drafts are not added to URLs or sent automatically.
The site stores your language preference in a cookie and local storage so English, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese can remain selected on later visits.
Retention and external links
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legitimate recordkeeping. The site may link to external resources whose privacy practices are outside OncoLattice Bio's control.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions or requests concerning information submitted through this site, contact contact@oncolattice.bio.
